BREAKING: State Dept. of Health and Human Services releases marriage guidance

At 10:30 Friday morning, less than 30 minutes after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that marriage equality was the law of the land, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services release a marriage guidance to county clerks as well as a new gender neutral marriage application, said Jennifer Smith, a spokesperson for the department.
