The Lansing Association for Human Rights has produced a hardcover, full color cookbook that contains 300 recipes, a substitution page, and cooking and table setting hints. Recipes range from main dishes, vegetables, and desserts to cookies, candy and more. There is also room to add favorite recipes.
But this cookbook isn’t just a gay version of Betty Crocker, because it also includes the history of the local LGBT community and the impact LAHR has made over the past 25 years.
The LAHR cookbook is available for $10 per copy plus a shipping fee of $3.95. For more information or to order email Cherri at [email protected] or call Dayle at 517-882-0929.
