1. Breathe Deeply
2. Say to self: “I create my moments right here and right now.”
3. Focus on what makes you smile (swinging, dog greeting you, biking)
4. Let go of toxic thoughts and moments. They are over.
5. Breathe Deep again for 8 seconds in and 8 seconds out.
6. Do not beat self up for feeling what you feel.
