Celebrate the Journey: A gathering for Michael Gibson-Faith

YPSILANTI – LGBT community members will come together on Sunday, Nov. 20 to congratulate and thank Michael Gibson-Faith, former head of the American Friends Service Committee’s LGBT Issues Program, for his service.
As reported by the Aug. 17 issue of Between The Lines, Gibson-Faith left the AFSC position at the end of August and was replaced by Kate Runyon.
The celebration will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Frenchie’s, 54 E. Cross St. in Ypsilanti’s Depot Town. Desserts will be served and a cash bar will be available. RSVP by Nov. 15 at 734-761-8283 ext. 3 or [email protected].
