DETROIT- Woodbridge Estates, one of Detroit’s newest neighborhoods of single-family houses and townhomes located right in the heart of the city, is expanding with a new townhouse model, the Diana. Two and three bedroom floor plans of 1,785 and 1,946 square feet of spacious living are now available, with views of Miracles Park and the city skyline. Homes include a two-car attached garage, balcony, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, air conditioning and offers residents a maintenance-free lifestyle.
Woodbridge Estates is a historically influenced community, shaped by the rich historical tradition of the adjacent Woodbridge and Woodbridge Farm neighborhoods. Situated just next to Wayne State and the Medical Centers, it’s minutes from the entire downtown area. The community’s parks and street names come from local music legends and its streetscapes are built with old-fashioned attention to detail and craftsmanship.
The homes here are both beautiful and remarkably affordable. All 16 of the Diana townhomes are finished with brick exteriors and feature spacious floor plans, starting at just $249,900. Other townhome models start at $179,900, while the five single-family house plans start at $259,900. Buyers are eligible for special financing programs and a 12-year property tax reduction of up to 59 percent.
If you’re looking for a Detroit neighborhood designed to be “warm, graceful, and inviting,” consider Woodbridge Estates, located south of Canfield between the Lodge Service Drive and Trumbull. The sales center is open daily from 11-5. Call 313-833-6360 for more information.
