LIVONIA – LGBT voters tired of getting their political information from the latest attack ads now have a new source – Between The Lines’ Voter’s Guide, online at
The Guide covers races ranging from the U.S. Senate to the main judicial contests, and provides fair-minded voters with th e best information on which candidates share their views and which candidates do not.
In addition to BTL’s endorsements, the Guide lists the endorsements of both pro-and anti-gay human rights organizations from Triangle Pride PAC to the American Family Association of Michigan. The Guide also includes articles on the political parties, LGBT political organizations, Michigan’s State Supreme Court race and a special edition of The Bi Wonkette, “McCotter’s Marriage Madness.”
“The Voter’s Guide is the most impressive political tool our community has ever had to inform us about our election decisions,” said Sean Kosofsky, spokesman for Triangle Pride PAC.
The Guide is a free service of BTL, so LGBT and allied voters can print out as many copies as they’d like to share with family, friends and neighbors.
While the Guide is primarily available online, the print version will be available at major LGBT events through Election Day and will be included in the Nov. 2 edition of Between The Lines.
