The Sun in Capricorn draws our attention to our work and accomplishments, making this a fitting time for a New Year's review. With the Sun now aspecting Jupiter in Sagittarius, such assessments offer lots of visions of opportunities, both spiritual and material. Act on those insights now! Small efforts can yield huge rewards.
ARIES (March 20 – April 19): There is no such thing as bad publicity. Do what you can – at least within reason and responsibility – to get noticed, especially at work. If you don't make an important professional advance now, your current actions could be rewarded soon.
TAURUS (April 20 – May 20): Your sexual prowess may become a popular topic in some circles. Don't be shy! Wearing a little leather, some trappings of authority, or just a strong attitude of accomplishment and confidence, which will help boost your reputation.
GEMINI (May 21 – June 20): Your partner is interested in sex-play that may seem a bit odd or effortful to you. Rise to the occasion and learn some new techniques. The dictum "safe and sane" still allows for a lot of exploration!
CANCER (June 21 – July 22): If you're looking for love, the place where you exercise or purchase work supplies will offer the best opportunities. It's an excellent time for cooperative ventures or anything involving team effort, or you may want to work on an already existing relationship.
LEO (July 23 – August 22): You're too much fun to begin with, and lately you're even more so. Try focusing on your work instead of your stardom, and you'll find it benefits both. This is a great time to take up yoga, dance, or any sport.
VIRGO (August 23 – September 22): What's fun for you often looks like work to others. At least your entertainments have material rewards! Get busy with any domestic craft that interests you, and you'll find your skills improving without any practice at all.
LIBRA (September 23 – October 22): You can resolve family matters to your advantage, but it will take some effort. Make the necessary calls or write the required letters. Remember: Being a grown-up means assuming your authority and autonomy, not acting like you still have to fight for it.
SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21): You really may have won a million dollars! Ed McMahon could be at your door soon – check all your mail and messages carefully. There's something valuable for you there, monetarily, spiritually, or both.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 20): Looking and acting financially responsible is always commendable, and now that attitude brings you huge rewards. Re-examine recent gifts. They may have uses or value that you didn't notice before.
CAPRICORN (December 21 – January 19): Last-minute logistics may be hell right now, but the stars insist it is _the_ time to get away from it all, preferably on a spiritual retreat. If it truly refreshes your soul, a ski weekend _could_ qualify as a spiritual retreat.
AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18): See if Capricorn wants some company on his or her retreat, or round up some other friends for your own escape. This can be a great opportunity to strengthen existing bonds or to draw new friends closer.
PISCES (February 19 – March 19): This is no time to be a shy, cold fishy. Get out there and schmooze! Develop any business contacts or friendships that can help you out with your career. Your friends and colleagues can be especially helpful in helping you get noticed.
