Jupiter square Uranus, a long-term transit, sets up rude surprises that may prove blessings in disguise. The Sun is now triggering those with rebellious assertions of personal authority, so it will take some strategy and forethought to get those blessings.
ARIES (March 20 – April 19): You're a little too sure that you know what's right. If some nagging instinct tells you otherwise, listen to it. Don't cave in to others, but be cool! Arguments with authority figures can put you on a trip you'd rather not take.
TAURUS (April 20 – May 20): A friend (or more than one) wants "benefits." Impulses can be written off, and getting it out of your system may be helpful. But think long and hard about whether continuing will really be good for your friendship.
GEMINI (May 21 – June 20): Tempting as it is to enhance your sexual prowess now, your erotic reputation could interfere with your professional one. Some things are better kept private. Even if they can't be, the effort will be appreciated.
CANCER (June 21 – July 22): Achieving balance in cooperation is especially challenging. Keep an open mind and ear to authority, even if you never stop questioning it. You're very accident-prone these days, and seeking to please others makes that worse.
LEO (July 23 – August 22): Playful flirtations can easily get out of hand, and at work they lead to big trouble. Keep your mind focused on the tasks at hand, and channel that playful energy into serious creativity. Your genius could earn great recognition.
VIRGO (August 23 – September 22): Unless you live alone – or really want to – consult with your family or roommates on any changes you want to make around the house. Your ideas will be welcome if you really think them through.
LIBRA (September 23 – October 22): Your tongue will get you into trouble too easily. Remembering what your grandfather would have said in your situation may not help; but if it makes you stop and think before speaking, turn your mind to the old man anyway.
SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21): What sounds like a good investment will only end up costing you plenty. You can sharpen your skills at games or sports, but that will mean learning from lots of mistakes. Losing now can teach you better to win later.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 20): Taking responsibility for family matters can prove a lot more expensive than you'd reckoned. Make sure you're not open to paying for rude surprises, but do step up. Not taking responsibility can prove even more costly.
CAPRICORN (December 21 – January 19): All eyes are on you to measure up to some challenge, and Murphy's law is in full effect. Be ready to improvise; treat snafus with good humor, and you could dazzle your audience. If you stick to plan A, you'll surely fail.
AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18): Your ideals are about to collide with pragmatic reality. Your instincts will warn you of the crisis, although you may feel it over-acutely. Having the answer is less of a problem than having too many answers. Keep an open mind – and your cool.
PISCES (February 19 – March 19): Being original and clever will help you to the top of your career – but "too" original and clever is just over the top! Well-meaning friends can urge you to go too far. A boss or a mentor is a better guide.
