(Regarding coverage of WRAP, BTL 1535) I would rather have read an article that focuses on the WRAP board's reasons for the changes and their future plans instead of the landlords reaction to this situation.
Please follow up with more complete information on this. Also, how does this change, especially in light of fiscal concerns, relate to the larger Michigan economy? Ive heard of many non-profits reducing services and even closing due to lack of sufficient funding support.
