Lambda Car Club revs up for Motown 2010

Once-in-a-lifetime opportunities abound for the automotive enthusiast as the Detroit region of Lambda Car Club International presents Motown 2010: Hits, History, Horsepower from July 25-31 in Detroit.
A week of activities has been planned, including a visit to the 32nd annual Concours D'Elegance of America at Meadow Brook Hall, which is the former home of Matilda Dodge Wilson, widow of auto pioneer John Dodge.
During the week, participants will also have the opportunity to visit private car collections not open to the public, as well as tour the Motown Museum, the Walter P.Chrysler Museum, the General Motors Heritage Center and offerings from the Henry Ford complex, including Greenfield Village, the Henry Ford Museum and the Ford Rouge Plant Factory.
Motown 2010 concludes with a Lambda Car Club car show, silent auction and evening banquet featuring keynote speaker Jim Farley, Ford Motor Company Group vice president, Global Marketing and Canada, Mexico and South America Operations.
