Girls Rock Our World Conference April 20

LANSING-
Equality Michigan’s Department of Victim services will lead a workshop on meeting the needs of female-identified sexual minority youth with the juvenile justice system. A panel of experts and activists will illustrate the special struggles and circumstances that surround queer youth and problems that contribute to their incarceration.
The conference takes place at 1:15 p.m. at Lansing Community College West, 5708 Cornerstone Dr.
