Democratic LGBTA Caucus hosts voter registration drive

The Michigan Democratic Party’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies Caucus will hold a voter registration drive at Necto in Ann Arbor on Monday, August 15 and Friday, August 19 beginning at 10:30 pm each night.”Voting is a basic right and responsibility of every citizen,” Caucus Chair Phil Volk said, adding that anyone who wants more information about the caucus can ask questions at that time or pick up literature.
The club, located at 516 East Liberty St. in Ann Arbor, is open until 2 a.m. those nights. Every Friday is Pride night at Necto.
