Citing the U.S. Supreme Court’s issuance of a stay in the federal district court ruling striking Utah’s ban on same-sex couples marrying, a Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel issued an order Tuesday it would grant a similar ruling by a district court in Michigan. The stay will continue until the federal appeals court reviews the district court decision in DeBoer v. Snyder.
