Adopt a family or senior for the holidays

Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency (OLHSA) is holding its annual Adopt-A-Family or Senior for Christmas.
The objective of this project is to provide food or gifts to low-income families or seniors, living in Oakland or Livingston County, who would not have a happy holiday without community support.
The needed donations include toys, hams, turkeys, chickens, canned goods, children’s clothing, and gift certificates. Donations are being accepted until Dec. 19.
For more information and to find out where to drop off donations call Joyce Allen at 248-209-2644 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
