Ann Arbor PFLAG to host state PFLAG conference March 25

ANN ARBOR – On Saturday, March 25, PFLAG Ann Arbor will host the Michigan Circle, a day-long conference of PFLAG leaders, members and supporters across the state.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Church of the Good Shepherd, 2145 Independence Blvd. in Ann Arbor.
Presentations and workshops offered will include Safe Schools, Working with Faith Communities, Political Action, and Lobby Training. Elizabeth Brown, PFLAG Midwest field coordinator and Sean Kosofsky, Triangle Foundation director of policy, will be presenters for the event and Mike Neubecker, PFLAG Great Lakes regional director, will facilitate chapter sharing.
Registration is $20 before March 15 and $25 after and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day. An after-conference dinner social will take place immediately following the conference at a local restaurant.
