Chicago plays host to the Gay Games Sports and Cultural Festival, July 15-22. The Games will feature 12,000 participants competing in 30 sports. The festival also includes bands and choral performances, a week-long arts festival and a chance to meet participants from over 70 countries. The slogan of the Gay Games is “Where the World Meets.”
Between The Lines is a sponsor of Gay Games VII. We are most interested in introducing the Michigan LGBT community to participants representing our area. If you’re planning to compete in the Games or exhibit as part of the Festival, we’d like to hear from you. BTL would like to interview participants in advance of the Games and follow their success in the events.
If you’re participating, drop us a line at news@pridesource.com.
