TAYLOR – PFLAG Downriver has announced a youth outreach project that will be hosted by Grace Episcopal Church, in a partnership with Affirmations Lesbian and Gay Community Center. The group will meet starting in November at Grace Episcopal Church on the first Saturday of each month from 1:00-4:00 p.m. The first meeting is Nov. 1. The group is for youth age 13 to 20. Pass the word to family and friends who could benefit from this new youth group. PFLAG Downriver considers this a community based gay/straight alliance (GSA) which they say is badly needed in the Downriver area. Call 734-783-2950 or email [email protected].
