BIG BASH 2003 – CARNIVALE: A PARTY FOR EVERYDAY PEOPLE – MARCH 1. It’s not just a great party. It’s the biggest fundraising event of the year for Affirmations Lesbian and Gay Community Center. Annually, it raises over $60,000 to support the Helpline, the coming out groups, the rap groups, the Youth Services Program. and it helped launch our newest growing program – Health Services. The cost of one ticket is $110 and it covers valet parking, a full open bar, dinner and dessert bar, complimentary raffle ticket and phenomenal entertainment. A considerable portion of that ticket price goes back to the Center, thanks to our generous event sponsors: General Motors, Channel 955, Between the Lines Newspaper, Ameritax Plus, Compuware, Detroit Free Press, and Westin Hotels. Help us make this event a success and call the Center for your ticket today – 248-398-7105.
