Learning at the Opera House is presented by the Michigan Opera Theatre Department of Community Programs, directed and founded by educator and composer Karen VanderKloot DiChiera. The department continues to fulfill its mandate to offer educational programs for all segments of the community and to make the arts and humanities accessible to all. In further pursuit of this goal, the program has been expanded and, as always, has attracted a variety of acknowledged experts as lecturers and teachers.
