Located in the Edwin Conely Branch of the Detroit Public Library, on Saturday, Dec. 15, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. children and tweens up to age 12 are invited to join other library-goers in a holiday-themed crafting event.
“Make a ‘2018’ snowman for tree, window, refrigerator or wherever,” said event organizers. “Enjoy Snowmen Sugar Cookies.”
Attendees can bring their own supplies or use the ones provided to create a unique holiday craft that can be anything from a gift to a holiday ornament.
The Conely building is located at 4600 Martin St. in Detroit. For more information about the event visit detroitpubliclibrary.org or call 313-481-1590.
