First Step volunteer training to start Jan. 15

First Step, Western Wayne county’s project on domestic and sexual violence, is looking for volunteers. A variety of opportunities are available, including assisting with support groups, the 24-hour help line, and organizing family events and field trips.
The organization’s next volunteer training will begin Jan. 15; the agency is seeking men and women eighteen and older.
First Step is located at 44567 Pinetree Drive in Plymouth. For more information on programs or the volunteer training, contact Volunteer Liaison Magan Burke at 734-416-1111, ext. 221. First Step’s 24-hour Help Line number is 734-459-5900.
