For the Bible Tells Me So showing in East Lansing Friday

The film For the Bible Tells Me So will be shown Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church, located at 800 Abbott Road in East Lansing. There is no charge for the film, but a donation will be accepted. The film follows the lives of five families as they deal with an lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender family member and reconcile their love for their loved ones with their Christian faith. The showing is open to all. This is the second time the film has been shown in the Lansing area. It was screened last fall as part of the Seven Straight Nights program sponsored by Michigan Equality.
