Dear BTL,
I feel that it is important to express my support for the re-election of Councilman Craig Covey, Mayor Robert Porter, along with the election of candidate Jackie Koivu. As a business owner, resident and participant of the City of Ferndale community I believe that each one has shown their support for diversity and acceptance in their community.
As an openly gay councilman, Councilman Craig Covey has greatly improved as a representative of Ferndale. He has been impressive in standing up to bigotry and intolerance by those whom are less tolerant of their neighbors. He has actively been a part of fundraising for local organizations and has shown compassion through example.
I ask all registered voters of Ferndale…get out the VOTE!
