Always Our Children, a panel presentation, will be held 7-9 p.m. April 16 at Plymouth Congregation Church, at 2001 E. Grand River Avenue in Lansing.
Catholic Parents and their adult gay and lesbian children will share personal experiences and struggles regarding coming to terms with their sexuality and spirituality.
The event, the church said, is an opportunity for better understanding of the effects of having LGBT children within a Catholic family. It is not to be used to debate the religious or moral issues of homosexuality.
This event is free and open to the public.
