Motor City Pride looking for volunteers

Motor City Pride happens on Sunday, June 7 in downtown Ferndale – and the Pride committee is asking for help from volunteers.
“Last year we had an amazing turnout, and this year we are expecting an even larger number of participants,” said Pride Chair Dave Wait. “We greatly need assistance.”
Volunteers are needed on June 6,7 and 8 for such areas as setup, welcome gates, information booth, beer garden, family area, safety and security, tear down and Pride pack-up.
