Otus Supply to Launch Signature Brunch Nov. 3

Ferndale, Mich. — Otus Supply, a Ferndale-based restaurant and music venue known as The Parliament Room, has announced that it will launch brunch at their Ferndale restaurant in early November.
"The eatery intends to introduce a very Otus-centric brunch menu drawing inspiration from the forefathers, history and inspiration of the Great Lakes region, while offering dishes that traditional brunch-goers will also find enticing and accessible," wrote Otus Supply organizers.
Its Saturday to Sunday brunch service will begin at 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Nov. 3.
"Menu options will feature unique items such as a cinnamon crunch sourdough pancake, PBLT (chile-honey glazed pork belly, greens, woodfired tomatillo, spicy ranch, grilled sourdough), steel cut oats "risotto" (squash, sweet potato, swiss chard, parmesan) and more," organizers said. "Of course, traditional items such as eggs your way, ham and cheese croissants, and yogurt and granola will also be offered. Drink options extend Otus' quality beverage program as well. Micheladas, mimosas, bloody marys and other standard brunch boozy expectations will be available, plus concoctions such as gin and juice – utilizing gin and fresh-pressed juices of the day – and various coffee options will be available also."
Organizers went on to emphasize that Otus Supply's motto is breaking bread and enjoying "a spirited gathering with like-minded folks" will also continue to be a theme for the hybrid meal that has drawn fans from around both Ferndale and Royal Oak.
