Family Pride, the national non-profit organization committed to securing equality for all families, is partnering with the Coalition for Adoption Rights Equality to offer two free "OUTSpoken Families" trainings to Michigan.
Participants will receive a free toolkit, newsletters, and the training needed to help make change in their own community and beyond.
The free trainings will be offered at the following dates and times:
April 28, Grand Rapids, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Plymouth Congregational Metropolitan UCC and April 29 in Ferndale from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. at Affirmations.
CARE's Family Lobby Day will be held on May 1, in the Mackinac Room, Anderson Office Building, in Lansing from 9 a.m. -2 p.m.
