As the third season of fashionista reality show "Project Runway" unfolds, contestant Jeffrey Sebelia is giving a nod to Detroit – on his neck. The 36-year-old from Los Angeles has a tattoo that worms around his throat and serves as a reference to his 18-month-old son, Harrison Detroit. His girlfriend, Melanie Vesey, is from Royal Oak and she has two stepbrothers and a stepmother who all have Detroit as a middle name.
