Angry about Proposition 8? You don’t have to go to California to show how you feel. Here’s a look at some of the protests, gatherings and petition signings you can participate in to become a part of one of the most historic battles for marriage equality our country has ever known.

Join the Impact!
Fight the H8 by attending a protest in your area of Michigan on Nov. 15. Across the nation and across time zones, a collective protest against Proposition 8 will be held in various locations to “get rid of H8.”

Anger Into Action
The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force Action Fund is sponsoring a petition, the Anger into Action Declaration, to support fundamental rights of LGBT people. Visit the Task Force Action Fund Web site at http://www.thetaskforceactionfund.org to learn more and sign the petition.
