“Clear the air, Aries!”

Mercury trine Mars speeds up the brain, but even more so the tongue, making all expression more assertive. At least with Mercury in Libra and Mars in Gemini, they seek logical concord. As they move into Scorpio and Cancer, the discussion gets more emotional and greedy, or passionate and empathetic.

ARIES (March 20 – April 19): Have your say and get it out in the open, remembering to listen as much as you speak! The sooner you clear the air, the sooner you can “get” clear about what you really want. Remember to be lucid, not aggressive!

TAURUS (April 20 – May 20): Set out your budget and get a good idea of your finances. In this way, you can avoid going into a panic, either feeling like you don’t have enough money or you have to spend like a drunken sailor (or “on” a drunken sailor!).

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20): Playful banter with friends can stimulate your creativity. Make sure to write down your ideas if you can’t act on them now. Opening new ideas will free new passions, also feeding your creative insights, but don’t take them too seriously. Have fun!

CANCER (June 21 – July 22): Take a little time exploring long-forgotten recipes, especially childhood favorites. Then fix a special dinner for the one you love or the one you desire. Any food can be an aphrodisiac; it’s all in how it’s served.

LEO (July 23 – August 22): While your political charisma is running high, work on your listening skills to enhance your eloquence. Outspoken logic serves well early in the week, but on the 28th, let quiet intuition sharpen your instincts.

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22): Your ability to handle resources, especially in cooperation, will win the respect of your boss, perhaps even a raise. Be forthright about your talents, but not too loud. There’s plenty of room between false modesty and bragging.

LIBRA (September 23 – October 22): Articulating your birthday wishes can help them come true, but you don’t need to broadcast! The best gifts will be those you didn’t expect, that open your eyes and your heart to new experiences and ideas.

SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21): Someone is trying to figure out your darkest, deepest desire. Even “you” haven’t dug that deep! Opening up and sharing some of those secrets will help that daring, ambitious soul to share amazingly intense pleasures with you.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 20): Your great challenge is to listen quietly to new points of view. First, just take in information. Then try to intuit not just what they think, but how they feel. What you learn makes you wiser and even more likable.

CAPRICORN (December 21 – January 19): You don’t have to be entirely tight-lipped about your accomplishments, but keep busy and let your work do most of the talking. To get ahead, be friendly, not assertive, with higher-ups and generously helpful with colleagues.

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18): Invite others to share new ideas that can help trigger spurts of creativity and playfulness. At first, it seems like “mere” fun and games, but the exercise should open you to passions and tastes that will free you even further.

PISCES (February 19 – March 19): Regarding sex, it’s said that there are those who talk and those who do, but you have both ends covered! Talking can lead to lots of doing, so don’t be shy.
