State Capital vigil planned

LANSING – Lansing Community College Gay Straight Alliance will hold a vigil March 25 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the state Capital building in memory of 15-year old Lawrence King. King was murdered last month by his classmate Brandon McInerney who is 14-years old. McInerney gunned King down in their junior high school classroom in Oxnard, California. The LCC GSA will provide glowsticks and requests those participating bring flashlights. The group requested that no candles be used. The Capital Building is located at 100 N. Capitol Ave. in Lansing.
