By |2009-04-23T09:00:00-04:00April 23rd, 2009|News|

Strike Out AIDS is coming to Fairlanes Bowl in Madison Heights again this year, at 1:30 p.m. April 25. Fairlanes Bowl is located at 29600 Stephenson Highway in Madison Heights.
This annual Steppin’ Out fundraiser offers the chance to enjoy bowling with friends and family, as well as to raise funds for Steppin’ Out, which offers services and programs to people with HIV/AIDS in metro Detroit.
“It’s easy, it’s a fun afternoon, and it’s open to the whole family,” Steppin’ Out Director Alyssa Johnson said of the event.
Admission to Strike Out AIDS is $25 per person, which includes three games and shoes. Each team consists of five bowlers, who can register as a team or individually. Registration will also be offered on the day of the event, beginning at 12:30 p.m. However, due to the fact that only 40 lanes are available, prior registration is recommended by Steppin’ Out.
A mystery game, 50/50 raffle and strike ball will also be featured at the event.
To learn more, or to register, call 248-399-9255 or e-mail Alyssa Johnson at
