This year's "Color the Town" – presented by the Northville Central Business Association and Genitti's-Hole-In-The-Wall – kicks off on Oct. 2 (from 3-5 p.m.) by decorating downtown with cornstalks, pumpkins, hay bales, and mums in front of Genitti's Hole-In-The-Wall. Volunteers are welcome. Creatively decorated scarecrows representing individual businesses will once again be plentiful throughout town. For more information, call 248-349-0522.
