FERNDALE – Keith Mercier from Warren was the lucky winner of a weekend trip to Saugatuck, compliments of Paramount Bank. He was awarded his prize package June 14 by John McQuiggin, the new branch manager of the Paramount's Ferndale Branch opening July 29. Paramount Bank offered the prize package to Saugatuck at the Bank's Motor City Pride booth.
