FERNDALE – Knoll Larkin has taken the helm as health services coordinator at Affirmations Lesbian Gay Community Center.
Larkin, who previously worked with the center's youth program, replaced Dierdre Shires.
Larkin recently graduated from the University of Michigan's School of Public Health with a master's degree in public health.
Shires will be pursuing a master's degree in public health at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
