I would like to say as (Charlene Genther's) granddaughter that this is outrageous. My grandma is one of the most caring and considerate people you could ever meet, and to think that she is facing such discrimination as a result of her being partnered with my other grandma is saddening. No one could have done, or would do more for those girls. Even my aunt went to the school, and yet no one said anything. I find this incident to be such a disappointment, to not only our family but also to our community as a whole.
