Detroit Design Competition Receives Statewide Applicants

Deadline for Entry Quickly Approaching

Just a few weeks after announcing their search for the region’s next top design superstar, Garden Court Condominiums LLC has received entries from across the state for its “Detroit’s Design SuperStar Challenge.”
Aspiring amateur interior decorators from as far as Holland, Mich. to those within just miles of Garden Court have submitted their entries flaunting their talent for interior design, with one lucky winner’s vision to be brought to life in one of the building’s 65 newly constructed residences.
For anyone still interested in entering “Detroit’s Design SuperStar Challenge,” the application deadline is quickly approaching. All entries must be received by August 24 and will be accepted in-person at Garden Court Condominiums, located at 2900 East Jefferson Avenue, or online at www.gardencourtcondos.com. All design boards must be delivered to the Garden Court no later than 4 p.m. on August 24. The three finalists will be announced on August 29.
One Grand Prize Winner, to be announced the week of Oct. 21 will receive $5,000 and have their unit showcased on in Between The Lines in November; runner-up will receive $2,500; and four semi-finalists will receive a $100 gift card to a local furniture retailer.
