Ties Like Me!, a metro Detroit LGBT social and business networking group, has announced plans for its fourth annual LGBT Business Expo, held at the Reserve next to Big Rock Chop House in Birmingham at 5-8 p.m. Sept. 15.
Vendors have already begun to sign up to be featured at the expo, which will allow LGBT professionals to network with others in their fields and make connections with gay-run and gay-friendly organizations and businesses. Vendors already include Azenza Salon, Klassics by Kurtis, Joe Kort, Comerica Bank, Affirmations, First Place Bank and many more.
Ties Like Me! usually meets once a month and encourages the LGBT community to do business with LGBT-supportive companies. Business owners who wish to be vendors at the expo, or be featured in an upcoming Ties events, are encouraged to contact the organization by visiting http://www.tieslikeme.org.
