4th annual Red Party

Money raised will benefit HIV/AIDS prevention services
DETROIT – The Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation will host its 4th annual Red Party – December Meltdown in observance of World Aids Day on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 9 p.m. – 6 a.m at The Works, located at 1846 Michigan Ave.
The "Red Party" is an annual event hosted by DHDC that increases HIV/AIDS awareness in Detroit and helps raise money to support the DHDC Salud Program, a community wellness initiative.
This event is for an "18 & up" crowd and includes host "Red Sheeba," a drag queen entertainer, shot specials, and free red glow sticks and beads as well as DJs DanT of Life productions, Adam Fransiconi, and Slick Rick spinning HiNRGY Dance and Latin Freestyle mix.
Reynaldo A. Magdaleno, Marketing & Fund Development Director, said "I am confident we will raise a lot of money for our health and prevention services."
