Speaking of Kallman and his desire to force his brand of Christianity on all of us, one of his buddies is also making news. Rep. Gary Glenn, R-Midland, president of the American Family Association of Michigan, wants his constituents to know that Tony Lascari is gay. Um, so what? Glenn has his knickers in knots because Lascari was named as the news editor of the Midland Daily News. So, Glenn on Sunday issued an "Agenda Alert" because clearly Lascari's sexuality will control all his news editorial decisions — like budgeting for murder reporting, investigative reporting on government actions and other "Super Dooper Secret Gay Agenda" items. This is a rich irony coming from a man who has built a career in Michigan pursuing an agenda to destroy public education and unions, and attacking the gay community with such non-agenda ideas as throwing gay people in jail for, you know, being gay, and encouraging citizens to just ignore any Supreme Court ruling on marriage equality.
