As We Go On' Performance to Benefit Holland Community Center

True coming out stories will be told live by members of the Ann Arbor LGBTQ community during the performance of "As We Go On" at 3 p.m. on May 21 at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, 400 Culver St.
Casts members, who range in age from 17-86, will take the stage for a joint fundaiser to benefit Out On The Lakeshore's new community center in Holland at 451 Columbia Ave. and the Grand Rapids Community Foundation's "Our LGBT Fund."
The personal stories about coming out are said to be "funny, witty, sad, infuriating, uplifting and touching."
Tickets are $40 each or $15 for students and can be purchased online at http://gaybe.am/vi. A cash bar will be available.
OOTL's Community Center will open later this month to provide a place for LGBTQ people in the Holland area to find support and gather in a central, safe place. It will also be headquarters for OOTL, which was formed two years ago by uniting Holland is Ready and Holland PRIDE.
