DETROIT – Karibu House's pre-Kwanzaa brunch will be held at the Union Street Cafe, 4145 Woodward Avenue from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17. The event is a fundraiser to establish a Detroit community center for LGBTs of color and their families/allies.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door and include the brunch and live entertainment. Smoke-free event. For more information call 313-865-2170, ext. 3.
