LANSING – The national tour of "Love Makes a Family," a collection of photographs of LBGT families and their stories, visited the state Capitol on Wednesday, April 19. The visit was only the second time the display has been shown in a state capitol in the 10-year history of the tour. The other capitol was Sacramento, Calif.
