And we want to help you tell our readers about it in the BTL 2006 online Voter's Guide.
Please send us a story up to 500 words about why you vote, or the same number of words about a humorous incident that has happened to you at the polls. Our Bi Wonkette, Dawn Wolfe Gutterman, will review all submissions and pick the best one.
Here are the guidelines:
Deadline: 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18. Later submissions will not be considered.
Word length: No longer than 500 words. Longer entries will not be considered.
How to submit: Submit via e-mail to Dawn Wolfe Gutterman at [email protected]. Be sure to put the words, VOTING STORY, in your subject line.
Other necessities: Include your full name, city you live in, and phone so we may contact you. In addition, please submit a high-resolution photo of yourself for publication. Entries that are submitted without contact information will not be considered.
The winning entry will be edited.
