Dear BTL,
We wish to thank you and your staff for your support for our annual SALSA competition event during Cinco De Mayo. We put this party on each year through La Comunidad, the Latino program here at MAPP. During the celebration of Cinco De Mayo each year, we hold this major dance party and Mexican restaurant competition at Boogie Fever in downtown Ferndale. This year's event grew exponentially, with over 300 people in attendance. The music and dancing were wonderful, and we raised the most funds since this event began four years ago.
The Latin culture is part of our region's growing diversity, and we appreciate BTL's efforts to support our work in this important community.
