Two Lansing choruses sing in May

LANSING – Greater Lansing Gay Men's Chorus will present its spring concert, "Through the Years," on Friday & Saturday, May 13 & 14 at the Michigan State University Kellogg Center at 8 p.m. Songs will include favorites from past concerts spanning 17 years mixed in with new songs. The concert is a fund-raiser for the Lansing Area AIDS Network in conjunction with the AIDS service organization's "Night of 1000 Stars." Sistrum, Lansing Women's Chorus, will celebrate its 19th year with "In Our Element" on Friday & Saturday, May 20 & 21, at the Edgewood United Church of Christ, 469 N. Hagadorn in E. Both concerts will be wheelchair accessible and the concerts will be ASL interpreted. Tickets for both concerts are a sliding donation of $10 to $25.
