Dear BTL,
I cried so much during "A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story." It really moved me. I am very upset at the ignorance that surrounds us. There are so many people just like her but are too weak to admit it. I admire her courage and beauty. I think that J.D. Pardo did an excellent job portraying Gwen. I know he will be nominated for an award. I'm not saying that I would be quick to accept if my kids fell into this situation, but I would definitely be there for them 100 percent!
