Kinda legal sounding. Not bad, but glad I don't have to put those down. I personally like the "it's complicated" option.

"Separate but equal." Hmm. Not sure I like the sound of it.

I love it! We have already changed our status. It lets us show when something is more serious than just in a relationship. Great addition!

I think it is a great idea, giving recognition to people in these situations.

I really think it would be nice just to say that I'm married and really be able to have the license to back it up. My partner and I (18 years together) can't get married, so I'm really not concerned what Facebook calls our relationship. I say that I'm in a relationship and that I'm in it with Frank. That's all I need. Don't really have to fit in to any more labels. My marriage is doing quite well and I don't need to have it called something else.

LIKE. I look forward to the day when Facebook can take these new additions away and just have "Married." Odd that they didn't add "Common Law" to the choices. That relationship descriptor still exists in the "Divided States of America."
