Free STI & HIV Testing Comes To Oakland County

The Oakland County Michigan Health Division and OLHSA: A Community Action Agency are hosting free STI and rapid HIV testing for National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day Feb. 7. The agencies are looking to help the community test for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis and syphilis under the tagline, “I am my brother’s and sister’s keeper. Fight HIV/AIDS!” Transportation assistance will be offered by calling OLHSA at 248-209-2664.
The testing event will run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at the Oakland County Health Division, 1200 N. Telegraph Road – 34E, Pontiac. Call 248-858-1280 or visit http://www.nationalblackaidsday.org for more information.
