Dear BTL,
Being from Ohio, I couldn't help but send a "note" to Ohio Representative Tom Brinkman (BTL's Creep of the Week Dec. 8). I found out that Representative Brinkman is a graduate of George Washington University. Coincidentally G.W.U. offers domestic partner benefits. They even use the terminology "same sex domestic partner" on their website.
By the way, the thrust of my note was that by his suing Miami University after his children were enrolled at Miami is a bit like buying a Cadillac then demanding that Cadillac make the car look like a Lincoln. I couldn't help the Motor City driven analogy.
